Tennis Anyone?

If you wish to reserve a tennis court you may do so at a sign-up sheet at the court bulletin board.

• Each court must be reserved separately by an Avalon resident.
• Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
• Reservations can be made for 1-1/2 hours for singles, and up to 2 hours for doubles.
• Procedure does not allow for permanent reservations for a season to any single group or person.

Avalon Tennis Court Etiquette

PLEASE:

• Dispose of drink bottles, ball cans and other trash in the wastebaskets provided.
• Be respectful of others playing on an adjacent court. Don’t yell or talk too loudly.
• If others are playing a game:
     Don’t allow your children to run around courts.
     Avoid using an excessive number of balls.
     Don’t take infants in strollers onto courts.
• Turn off lights when leaving.

Clubhouse News & Rental Rates
Have a birthday, anniversary or other occasion coming up? Celebrate it in the newly renovated, beautiful clubhouse! Now with a more open atrium and new furniture, it would be a delightful spot for you next party! Enjoy the beautiful view, excellent parking facilities, kitchen amenities, and restroom facilities.

Rental rates for the clubhouse:

CLUBHOUSE DEPOSIT - $500.00

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FEE- $450.00

POOL W/CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FEE - $600.00

CLUBHOUSE DAYTIME RENTAL FEE - $100.00 hr (minimum $200.00)

Overtime Fees - $75.00 per hour before 5pm and after Midnight

POOL DEPOSIT - $100.00

POOL ALONE RENTAL FEE- $175.00

POOL DAYTIME RENTAL FEE - $50.00 hr (minimum $100.00)

If alcohol is consumed, the Licensee must make arrangements to hire a security officer (peace officer) to be present throughout the function at a cost of $25 per hour.  Please contact the Constable's Department at (281) 242-4014 to make arrangements. Once a confirmation is confirmed with the Officer, you must provide us with his Name and Badge Number.
