The Buttons below will allow you to pay online or to set up the monthly bill pay. You will need to know your Association ID# and Account # which has been provided to you via "your most recent statement". Use 0AVC for the Association ID# for setting up your online set up.

For your convenience; you can access your account balance, your assessment amount, payment information, and your account contact information thru Sterling Association Services at www.sterlingasi.net, you will need your Account Number and Password in order to access your account, if you do not have that information, please email avalon@sterlingasi.com

Make Your Annual Assessment Payment Online
Once you have logged into your account, you will click on the E-Pay tab

You can make a payment with E-Check, or using a credit card. A fee will apply if you are making payment with a credit card. If further assistance is needed, please reach out to Sterling ASI for assistance. Remember, January 1st is the due date for your assessment.

USE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO SET UP AUTO DRAFT PAYMENTS

Step 1: Log into your online portal at www.sterlingasi.net using the username

and password provided to you on the statement

Step 2: Click on the E-Pay tab

Step 3: Click on eCheck

Step 4: Select Add New Payment Method

Step 5: Follow the prompts to add your bank account or
debit/credit card & continue.

Step 6: Fill in the amount of your payment at the top of the screen.

Step 7: Use the drop down menu to fill in the frequency, start month,
end month, day of month to pay.

Step 8: Select Create Scheduled Payment.

Final Step: Select Create Scheduled Payment on the pop up screen to
confirm your payment schedule.
