In accordance with Article III, Section 9 of the By-Laws of the Association, notice is hereby given of a forthcoming Executive/Board of Directors meeting. The meeting will be held as follows:

                                                                    7:00 p.m.  Executive Board Meeting

Quorum requires at least four (4) Directors to be present in order to call the meeting to order. Please advise Sterling ASI, at 832-678-4500, if you wish to be placed on the Agenda.
